Aerial Hosting Refund Policy

At Aerial Hosting, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with our hosting services, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding our refund policy.

Eligibility for Refund

  1. Services Covered: Our refund policy applies exclusively to hosting services. No other services or add-ons are eligible for a refund.
  2. Refund Request: To request a refund, customers must send an email to support@aerialhosting.com or submit a request through our support portal. Refund requests must be made at least 72 hours before the end of the 30-day period from the date of purchase.

Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Setup and administration fees
  • Done-for-you services
  • Website development fees
  • Consulting fees
  • Add-on services
  • Marketing services
  • Maintenance fees

Refund Process

  1. Request Submission: Customers requesting a refund must provide their account and domain name information when submitting their request.
  2. Refund Calculation: Only the hosting fees are eligible for a refund. There are no prorated refunds available. Credit card and other payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
  3. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days, depending on bank and credit card processor times.

Customer Obligations

  1. Account Termination: The customer’s account will be terminated at the time the refund is issued.
  2. Data Removal: Customers must remove all files and data from their account prior to termination. Aerial Hosting is not responsible for any data loss once the account is terminated.

Cancellation vs Refund Request

  1. Cancellation: A cancellation request allows the customer to continue using the service until the end of the current payment cycle, after which the service will be terminated.
  2. Refund Request: A refund request will result in the immediate termination of the account at the time the refund is issued, and the customer will no longer have access to the services.

Important Time Frames

  • Refund Request Deadline: Refund requests must be made at least 72 hours before the end of the 30-day period.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after approval.
